To uplift the farmer members and educate them to enhance their Dairy Business in Punjab,  NDDB and NSFDC conducted a 12 Days Residential Training-cum-Capacity building program in Jalandhar from 4^th to 15^th July, 2022.  

Total 17 Dairy Farmers from Baani Milk Producer Company Limited participated in the training. The overall objective of this programme was to build entrepreneurial competency among rural youths to sustain dairy business and to attracting rural youths towards dairy sector through generating options for earnings in rural areas
