In this row, our BoD members, along with CE Mr. Narinder Singh Bahga, CS Mr. Rajesh Saini & Admin. Officer Ms. Pragya Bharati visited Maahi Milk Producer Co. Ltd., Rajkot (Gujrat), from 18 to 24 Feb. 2024. This visit provided them exposure to dairy farmer members in Gujrat & their way of working in extreme weather conditions. Moreover, cattle-related good practices adopted by the members and doorstep cattle health services gave an insight into productivity enhancement & related activities.

Insightful session by C.E Sir, Shri. Narinder Singh Bahga along with the motivational fun games for boosting the moral of the employees were the key highlights of the event.

Chilli Farmers Visited Baani Head Office In Patiala To Understand The Concept Of Our Farmer Producer Organization.

On 8th Aug 2023, 25 Chilli Farmers from Ferozepur district of Punjab visited our Patiala H.O. to understand the concept of Farmer Producer Organization.
During interaction with these enthusiastic farmers, Mr. Narinder Singh Bahga (CE Baani MPCL) emphasized on the importance of unity, transparency & spirit of cooperation between farmers for the success of an FPO. Dr. Navdeep Kumar Dham (Head of Procurement) talked about the governance structure of FPOs, the importance of training of various stakeholders and the journey of Baani Milk Producer Company Limited. Mr. Rajesh Saini (Head CS) explained the step-wise process of incorporating an FPO.

Annual General Meeting 2023

The 10th Annual General Meeting was held at Harpal Tiwana Centre for Performing Arts, Patiala.

On 25th August 2023, Baani Milk Producer Company Limited organized its 10^th Annual General Meeting at Harpal Tiwana Centre, Patiala. The event started with a warm welcome by Dr. Navdeep Kumar followed by the company’s Chief Executive, Shri Narinder Singh Bahga, who addressed all the shareholders about how the year 2022-23 went and what are our future plans for 2023-24 for enhancement of business and welfare of the farmer members associated with us. Dr. Navdeep Kumar further added knowledge about clean milk production. He put light on the topic and educated every member present there regarding the same. He also educated the members about the present practices practiced by Baani Milk Producer Company Limited for better opportunities in the form of Cattle insurance and Kissan Credit Card. He also mentioned the use of Ethno Veterinary Medicines over Antibiotics.

The Company Secretary, Mr. Rajesh Saini, furthered the AGM after the nod of Chairman, Smt. Manjeet Kaur, with Minutes of the previous meeting, Financial statements, Election of the board of directors, and present the shareholder’s vote on the issues at hand.

The event ended with Lunch at the end.
